Morbidman Meets His Maker

The play begins as a story of super heroes and villains. On the good side stand Morbidman, Everyman, Master of the Obvious, and the Supreme Diva. On the bad side, Dr. Insidious and Scorn. But the super hero plot takes a back seat when Everyman falls off the stage? and discovers the audience! From the audience, he can see the actions on stage, and reports this discovery to Morbidman. They both enter the audience, and use the vantage point to attack Dr. Insidious. Then the characters make an earth-shattering discovery: they are fictional characters in a play! Realizing this, Dr. Insidious decides he wants to conquer the real world, while other characters want more answers: why were we created? By whom? And for what purpose? The characters encounter one of the playwrights, and the play concludes with a surprising theological message: we in the real world were also created; our Creator loves us; and our Creator wants to give us eternal life.
